Personality: Nyx is very strange for an arrancars. First and foremost, he's a very calculative and manipulative person, preferring to trick others into killing themselves than sullying his hands. This is made possible by his extremely good people skills. He was raised in nobility and therefore has quite adept knowledge of the human mind and how to affect it. He's also very vindictive and will do whatever it takes to get revenge on anyone he believes has spited him too much. He's willing to do whatever it takes and is quite often very underhanded. This is why his aspect of death is Vengeance

Physical Features: Nyx is a very light-skinned young man, with long grey hair that goes down to between his shoulder-blades. It's usually tied in a plat that stops it from blowing out all over his back, but there are always a few strands of his hair that somehow manage to wiggle their way out of his plat and obscure his face. His right eye is a light green, but his other eye is just pure white. He has no vision out of it unless wearing the visor, and instead of a pupil it has the number "33" engraved into it. Standing at full height, he's just under six foot. He is slightly toned, but not as much as most of the other Arrancars. The remains of his hollow mask reside under his collar, as a complete neck covering.
Clothes: Wearing the default Arrancar uniform over his entire body, Nyx makes sure to keep his entire body covered apart from his face and feet. To this end, he wears an additional collar around the neck of his shirt, containing three buckles and completely covering the hollow mask remnants on his neck. Around his uniform, he wears a cape that matches the color of the uniform and reaches down to his feet. On his feet he wears sockless sandals.

Bio: Born as one of the heirs to a noble family in 12th century Austria, Nyx was raised in the lap of luxury. However, even from an early age he resented it. He was always taught a very simple value; The only ones that deserved respect were the ones who earned it. As he looked around, all he could see were fat bloated idiots who had no right to have the power that they had inherited. He saw the entire concept of inherited legacy to be completely disgusting and lived his entire life to fight against it. From the age of 14, he was one of the best fighters in his lineage, and by the age of 18 he was a general in the Austrian army. He was well known for preferring to use the terrain and situation to his troops advantages rather than charge in blindly. However, he still wasn't able to stay satisfied with the way the nobility worked. He became involved in an underground movement that was planning to overthrow the monarchy, becoming known as "the Lunar master", due to the fact that his attacks against high-placed members of the government all took place in the middle of the night.

For around half a year, he lead the attacks that would be come to be known as "the night's rebellion" and was almost successful in overthrowing the monarchy. However, the week before his final attack, he was ratted out by one of his men. He was arrested, after killing most of the guards who had tried to capture him, and was sent to the gallows. As he stood there, the wind whistling over the hangman's square, he saluted and went
"Glad to lead by example, you bastards.", before he died. His feelings of rage transformed his soul into a hollow as he died, refusing to allow any Soul Reapers near him, and eventually hollowfying. Murdering the youngest son of the monarch, Hollow Nyx managed to get at least some revenge before he left for Hueco Mundo.

Within 100 years, he had evolved back into his human-shaped form and became the 33rd Arrancar. Now he lives for taking out the Soul Reapers who so abstrusively assume that everyone should respect them without having to earn it. And by god's will, he will have his revenge.

Zanpakutō

Name: Nocturnas
Sealed form: Nocturnas, whilst in sealed form, is a black-handled katana. The handle is wrapped in a black cloth that hangs off and is usually wrapped around Nyx's arm whilst he's fighting. It's sheath is a matching black metal and Nyx usually wields it like a second sword, only relying on it's hard outer shell to cause blunt damage instead of slicing the opponent.
Resurrección: When he releases into resurreccion, his entire body flares up in one huge tower of darkness, rippling far into the sky both above and below. It slowly fades back in, until he's revealed. His entire body, apart from his mouth and chin, are covered in a tough white shell. This includes his eyes, allowing him to work completely on his intensive Reiatsu sense to make out shapes and people. Where as people can normally only see the colors of their enemies whilst in Reiatsu sensing mode, he can see everything as if he was seeing it with his eyes. His sword and sheath fuse into one huge double-sided sword, which he holds in the middle and spins around, causing it to shoot out trails of darkness. The darkness that it contains acts like an acid, lowering the Hankou of anything it touches until it actually starts burning through the person's skin and ripping their body apart.
