How to obtain the power of a Visored

We don't hand out things around here, especially something like the Visored power-set. There is a specific process you must undergo to receive this privilege and it is as follows:
- You contact Cinder with a Private Message detailing your interest.
- Cinder replies with a myriad of interrogative questions.
- You reply with an answer to said questions.
- Cinder reviews your answers and enacts a decision.
Note: There are limited Visored spots. The outcome of the above process may yield at most a reservation of a said spot.
