Character

Name: The parasite has no true name, usually being referred as “The Infection” by most. This is because The Infection never had need for such simple things as a name.
Nickname: The Infection has gone by two nicknames over the millions of years it has lived. The first being The Infection, named after its parasitic nature. The second and less commonly known name it has been called by is the Shunkan Akuma, or second devil as the second Demon to exist in Hell.
Age (Appearance/Actual): The Infection has no visible age, being a parasitic Demon. Its form also is uncommon among other Demons, making it impossible to accurately tell the physical age of The Infection. Though, by actual age, The Infection is as old as Hell itself, being nearly a few billion years of age, maintaining itself by feeding on its host’s power.

Birth Date: The Infection’s exact date of birth is unknown, as there was not a designated system to determine time during his era. It is known that The Infection was born on the third day after hell’s creation, millions of years before most creatures.
Gender: The Infection has no obvious gender, but it is assumed that it is a male, as it reproduces through a male host. The essence of The Infection is transferred to the fetus in the female partner’s body, reaching activation on the child’s eighteenth birthday.
Non-Sin Weapon(s): Each of the four vectors has a powerful weapo located inside of its stomach. These weapons are commonly known throughout the world’s history and have been thought to be lost for the most part. These weapons are not for The Infection though. These are weapons gifted to the host while The Infection remains in their body. Each weapon is selected for the host by their race , meaning only one of the four may be in use at any time and only to the host of the needed race.

The first of the four weapons is the Abyssal Maw. 'The Abyssal Maw' is a relic carved directly from the Gates of Hell. When gripped in the right hand and the correct incantation is said, The Maw will unleash a blast of pure Hellfire. The Hellfire destroys nearly everything and anyone and as a result, those destroyed by it are condemned to Hell. It is said that every time the owner uses this relic, it will burn away a part of their soul as well, although theoretically a host of The Infection may be spared from this. The incantation to activate the Abyssal Maw is as follows- “Boiling blood in the corpse of the damned, tear asunder the jaws of life.” This weapon can only be used by a Hollow or Arrancar.

The second of the four weapons is The Crescent of The Sun. It was created from a tear of sun. It was wielded by the Angelus( An angel of light) 800 hundred years ago for half an hour. Later the blade was found by a holy warrior but when he used on The Infection. The blade passed it through like water. It was later discovered that the blade passes through anything it hits and can't harm anyone. Anyone physically, that is. The Crescent Of The Sun will not show visible damage to a target. Instead, it will pass through them and directly harm the soul in the core of their body, causing pain and suffering to a person on an immense level. This also will cause the target’s body to slowly shut down. . Phase through targets with the exception of zanpakto and zanpakto-tier weapons. No visible wounds. This weapon can only be wielded if the host is a Human, Quincy, or Fullbringers. This weapon will appear for any of them.

The third of the four weapons is the Trinity. The Trinity was forged from the nails used on the day of Christ’s crucifixion. It was a weapon originally designed against the spawn of Hell, The Infection included. The Trinity is a dull dagger that is used to restrain the tainted souls and beasts from Hell. However, upon being taken by The Infection, this power was changed. Now, the effect of The Trinity is used against all life except for The Infection, Once the host slices a person with The Trinity, that target will be fully paralyzed for a post, and if struck in the body and left there will keep the target paralyzed until it is removed. However, while imbedded in a target, the host will be unable to move as well and can only be freed by The Infection. This weapon can only be used by Shinigami
The Infection - Demon [APPROVED] Sword_10
The last and most powerful of the four weapons is the Kusanagi. The kusanagi is a blade forged entirely from the blood of a thousand corpses. It is one of, if not the most deadly sword in recorded Human history. The weapon has the power to decimate nearly any foe. The Kusanagi also will infect a target upon touching their blood. This infection will not only cause immense pain, replicating a burning sensation, but will slowly spread and cause the target’s perception of time to dwindle. Their senses numbed and even bullets will appear to move somewhat slowly over time. This will cause the target to react slowly and lose valuable time. That isn’t it though. The final effect of Kusanagi is an attack. It is the only one of the four weapons that actually has one other than the basic ability. The Kusanagi will only be able to use it when blood stains the blade, The blood will boil and turn in to a crimson steam. This steam will be harnessed directly around the Kusanagi, acting like a tainted aura. With a swing of the blade, a wave of that steam will be fired off at a target. Upon contact, that steam will cause anything it touches to decay rapidly, even if living. This effect will last as long as the Kusanagi remains active. On the first post of decay, the skin will rot and turn black, immense pain filling the target’s body . On the second post, the muscle and bone will become weaker, the flesh peeling off and allowing excess blood to pour from a target ). The third stage eats away at the remains of muscle and bone, the limb only consisting of blood veins connected to a part of the body that hasn’t decayed yet. Lastly, the veins will disintegrate, the last bits of blood pouring out. Then that decay will spread, attaching to the nearest part of the body, repeating the process. This can be ceased by amputating the affected area or constantly healing it to maintain the first stage of decay. This three step process will also work on objects, but obviously not on the skin, muscle, then veins. It will start at the object’s outer-layer and work its way inward. The exception to this are weapons composed entirely of spirit energy, such as zanpakto. )This weapon can only be used by a Vizard, Bounts, or another Demon ( If they are ever allowed in the future) The Infection will be able to use the same one of these weapons the host has access to in the full-control form. It also can decide when these weapons will appear in the host’s hand.

Personality:
Boredom- The Infection is an entity that is easily bored. It cannot stand going any extended period of time without disrupting the fabric of the universe with its corrupted power. It wants to constantly see turmoil and anguish, bloodshed and war, even rape and general chaos. That’s all it wants.. And when it lacks these things? It is stricken with a great plague of boredom, often causing it to fall asleep or purposely torture its host for no real legitimate reason.
Sadistic Tendencies- The Infection is a very sadistic creature, what someone would expect from the second demon ever to exist and forged from the sins of anger and chaos. It gets an erotic pleasure from seeing others in pain, whether it be emotional pain or physical. To be specific, it loves to see people in the kind of pain that breaks them. The pain that breaks their will and sanity in to nothing but dust in the wind. This is especially true toward the host that The Infection inhabits. The more broken they are, the easier it is for it to control them. Their anguish feeds it and makes it grow stronger. It is for that reason that The Infection causes so much pain and suffering. The shear ecstasy of it all is an addiction to the monster.
Hatred- The Infection has a great deal of hatred for every living thing in existence, including its own kind back in Hell. It sees them all between a cockroach and that white material that forms at the bottom of the lip when a person is extremely thirsty. Nothing more, sometimes even less. It is this hatred that brings all the more entertainment in crushing the weak insects that humanity has to offer. They all deserved to die. But out of every race, there is one unparticular that The Infection hates..Shinigami. Always bound by petty law and acting like they own everything. They think their organization is superior to all and even have the tenacity to dispatch any disturbance in the living world. It is for that reason that The Infection has had to kill thousands of them over the years.
Masochistic- Though not nearly to the same degree as its sadistic tendencies, The Infection also takes a degree of enjoyment from feeling pain. It isn’t to the point of actually wanting to be tortured like some more hardcore masochists, but to the point where common injury in combat actually feels pleasant. Though. Not many individuals have actually damaged The Infection in the past, so it doesn’t really know the borderline for when it ceases to enjoy it.
God-complex- The Infection sees itself as a god for quite a few reasons. First of all, The Infection was the second Demon ever to live, being the first Demon composed with the power of wrath, the most destructive of the seven sins. It has been around for millions of years, constantly gaining power through its time living inside one host, then devouring what is left and moving on to another. This has made The Infection powerful over the years, feeding this complex to great proportions,.
Morality- The Infection has no sense of morality. Rape, murder, war? It is all common activity to the Demon. It has no issue lying to people, more often doing so than actually speaking truth. It will murder and torture without the slightest bit of regret, knowing that it didn’t matter what happened to others. The only thing that mattered was itself. It will do whatever it wants in order to get a job done, regardless of how inhumane it is considered by common society, It doesn’t give a damn if its fair or not. Your opinion has no value to the beast.
Blatant- The Infection calls it like it is. It will bluntly insult anyone it detests, which is pretty much everything. It has no need to restrain these insults in most cases, often using those insults to incite violence, chaos, and even wars at times. Surprising how easily people are affected by things as simple as words. It’s pathetic, but entertaining to see their reactions.
Hypocritical- Even if it is the same flaw or mistake The Infection has made, it will use traits of a negative nature against people. The thing it hates the most though out of negative traits is those with a god-complex, the same ailment that is imbedded in the mind of The Infection.
Anger- The Infection does get angry easily and often. Minor things like a humorous joke can cause The Infection to become highly agitated. However, though frequent, and mist times long-lasting, this anger usually does not escalate beyond a level where The Infection can think clearly. Probably an effect from always letting off its rage instead of holding it back and unleashing it all at once like some people.
Sexual Orientation- It isn’t often that The Infection feels attracted to anyone, or anything for that matter. However, on a very rare occasion, the demon may become attracted to one female or another. It’s rare, but has happened before. The few times it has had feelings for anyone like that has solely been females. It has no interest in males. This further supports The Infection itself being a male entity, even though it isn’t obvious in its base parasitic form.
Sarcasm- The Infection does have some degree of humor, on occasions speaking sarcastically some time or another. Though, it is a trait less well-known of the demon, as more often than not it is busy planting the seeds of chaos throughout the world.
Pride- As per the mentality of its god-complex, The Infection is very prideful in its power and ability, considering it to be the best and strongest power ever to exist, even if it is not. It also will take pride in any choice it makes. Any son it may have in the future or past, and any host it may decide to inhabit. It sees things that it chooses above those that it does not choose or has no relation to the demon.
Hunger- The Infection is hungry in both the literal term, and the metaphorical term. It loves to devour flesh and bone, organs and the remains of those it kills. It considers it an honor for an enemy to be devoured by the vectors that compose its form. It is only worthy opponents that it actually will feast upon once they have been defeated. Weaker trash is often just left to die, maybe with an organ devoured at most. The specific organ that The Infection loves to eat is the heart. It isn’t any symbolism, it just likes the taste of that specific organ The Infection is also hungry for something else. That thing being power. The Infection constantly wants to gain power, aiming to gain greater and greater strength over time to further solidify itself as the ultimate god. It will go to any lengths to gain power as long as those lengths don’t insult or harm its pride in its own strength.
Defeat- Linking with the prideful and god-complex attributes of its personality, The Infection hates losing with a passion. It cannot stand being defeated, being one of the few things that may drive it over the edge of anger. Though, by defeat, this does not mean defeat in minor things, as those kinds of loss are considered under The Infection’s class. Anything the Infection considers without purpose has no value, thus there is no emotion to losing at it. Though, to be bested in something like combat will bring immense anger out of the Demon, often causing it to allow its primary instincts as a killer take over and unleashing barrage after barrage of lethal attacks.
Survival- An instinctual attribute of The Infection, it has the will to survive. It wants to ensure it never dies. Since it has lived so long and has still maintained its power, it has been doing pretty good at that so far. Though, in a case where its life may be threatened or in danger, The Infection will resort to any methods needed to ensure it survives. Nearly anything, at times even things that would go against its prideful nature. The reason being that unless it survives, it won’t be able to come back even stronger and brutally destroy the object or person responsible for it being that situation.
Observationist- The Infection observes things often, especially during the period where the host may be in combat without The Infection taking a larger role in the fight. It wants to know everything it can to eventually gain an all-knowing or omniscient. Though, it may abandon this trait when angered, which happens quite a lot.

Physical Appearance:The Infection - Demon [APPROVED] The_da10
The Infection - Demon [APPROVED] The_da11

The Infection has no physical form of its own, as it is unable to survive without containing itself inside of a host. However, the four forms of The Infection will be depicted as follows.

The Cloak Of The Infection- The Cloak Of The Infection, as stated prior, is he first stage of The Infection’s surfacing upon the host’s body. Black energy will seep out of their body, surrounding them from the back to the chest and neck. This cloak of energy will actually destroy light around the host, making it appear darker than it actually is. The cloak is not one solid mass, rather a splitting and rampant aura that flows with a destructive flow around the host. It moves without any real pattern, the energy just swirling around as a embodiment of power

The Mutation of The Infection- The Infection will cause the host’s body to mutate when reaching its second stage. The skin will begin to change from its normal tone to a teal-blue shade that starts at the feet, hands, and head, and slowly proceeds to expand outward over the rest of the body. The host’s muscles will bulge, the blood veins turning black and becoming visible on the skin. The clothing is the next to change, no longer representing the normal attire, but instead morphing in to a skin-tight metal alloy of sorts. The metal is a blue-gray color, looking similar to Osmium. This does not actually have the properties of Osmium, but just the appearance and texture of it. Lastly, the vision of the host will begin to be changed, their body becoming much more adept to dark areas and their eyes more easily agitated by high concentrations of light,

The Influence- Upon the third stage of infection, the host’s body will mutate further. The cloak of energy around their body will become thicker and blacker, making the area around the host even more devoid of light. The blood veins on the body will shrink back down to normal size, though still remaining black. Crimson markings will start to phase on the host’s legs and arms, looking like massive gashes in shape, and even bleeding out the power of the infection through these markings. The eyes will change to a pitch-black shade and the iris will turn a darker-gold color. The hair becomes a bright shade of white, unlike the rest of the changes done by The Infection. The armor will become a slightly less dark shade of black, and finally the shoulder’s will mutate. Two green half-spheres of a glass-like substance form just around the shoulders, two additional half-spheres will appear on the top of the host’s back a tad under the neck.

The Infection is awake- The final stage and presumed form of The Infection itself appears in the final stage. The half-spheres forged earlier will shatter, massive amounts of demonic energy pouring form them and infusing with the cloak that encases the host’s body, obscuring them from view. The combined energy of the cloak and tainted essence will form the vectors in the same location as the half-spheres. One will come from each shoulder, and two from the back. These vectors appear as large snakes, their body covered in scales of a blackened blue hue. It appears this way across the entire vector’s body with the exception of the head and neck. At the neck, crimson glowing scales will appear parallel to each other. One on the left side and one on the right side of the neck with a strip of the osmium skin going down the middle. The vectors have two horns at the top of their skull, each one only about an inch high. The snake does not appear to have any eyes, nor a nose, each, or even a mouth at first glance. Though, the mouth is just hard to see in the mass amounts of tainted energy flowing around the host at this point. The mouth also is not that visible without the obscurity of energy. Though, once it opens, it can open to a size even larger than it’s own head. Rows upon rows of blade-like teeth cover the interior of the mouth, and a dark red energy will flow out of the mouth like how dioxide flows out of most people when they exhale. It seems to breathe in the tainted black energy and exhale the secondary form of energy. All four vectors are like this. Their body is also quite long, being able to extend out from the host thirty-feet. Though, the vectors entire body is not apparent to be visual until it extends, It can remain in place with some of its body still inside of the host. So they can appear smaller than they actually are. Each vector has four tendrils that accompany it from each location. These tendrils appear smooth, rather than rough like the osmium skin of the vectors. These tendrils are also pitch-black in color and have no defining characteristics other than the close resemblance to tentacles. These tendrils also can reach out thirty-feet, but often do not show their full length. The cloak of energy will return to normal once the vectors and tendrils have spawned. Upon their spawning, more changes will appear on the host. The armor will now stretch over their mouth, making it so they are unable to speak. The armor becomes thicker, and the blood in the body will become entirely black, turning the natural skin not covered by the teal armor to appear black as well. The remainder of the body is unchanged.

Theme Song:
Bio: : The Infection has always been, yet always hidden. A being of identity that remains concealed in the souls of the damned. A monster ready to devour your head.

The Infection was originally created by the first Demon ever to exist, Satan. After the first few years of existence when the god of Demons decided to create an entire army of his own race, The Infection was the test subject. Using the unworldly powers of Hell, Satan pulled together the millions of souls of the damned, taking their tainted essence. He used this sin-embedded energy and forged the second demon in the image of destruction, anger, and chaos. The Infection was the first wrath-oriented Demon. The first of many.

Born at the earliest stages of time, things were quite primitive and still in development. The Infection worked directly with Satan as his second-in-command, seeing only the original lord of Hell above himself. He had even merged his power with the devil for a time during war with other Demon militaries that attempted to take Hell from them. These rebellions were quickly subdued, killing off the opposing demonic powers and bringing the beasts of hell under the rule of its king. Though the infection has been alive for well over a millennia, it had never really done much other than its purpose. It served directly under the devil, killing thousands under the name of Hell and devouring the putrid beasts that fell to its power.

The Infection was regarded as a demi-god during that time period, being a monster feared by the majority of Hell and the spiritual realms. Through means of possession, The infection was able to invade the worlds of life and death before the ability to open the gates of Hell was developed. It worked as a recon agent, finding information for the armies of Hell and causing mass mayhem wherever it spawned. Over time, it only got stronger and stronger from feeding upon the hosts its body inhabited. However…..

Satan had become uneasy with how much power The Infection was gaining through these means. Paranoid or not, he had suspected the chance of The Infection growing even stronger than himself. It was then that he prepared to ensure his rule remained for an eternity. The Infection had finished feasting upon its most recent victim, one of the first hollows to reach Adjuhas-class in power. This caused The Infection’s power to raise another tier. It was when The Infection returned to Hell inside the body of its replacement host, a spiritually powerful hollow he had found in The Menos Forest that Satan acted. Using the ungodly powers bestowed upon it, the Devil bound The Infection to the soul of the beast, trapping it in a dormant state inside of the creature. The hollow was quickly murdered by the other Demons afterwards.

Over countless Millennia, The Infection was ensnared in the soul of the beast. As the soul was recycled, moved to the Soul Society, then back to the living world, The Infection stayed inside of the creature. Each life the soul had was cursed by the demon, their power greatly augmented, but filled with the taint of pure chaos and destruction. Most subjects were insane due to this factor since a young age and often have hallucinations. All the while, The Infection continued to feed on the host’s power, slowly killing them over and over and taking hat power they obtained in to its body. Though, this all occurred naturally, as The Infection was forced in a coma-like state from the bind, Upon the year currently regarded as year zero, or 1 A.D, The Infection finally woke up. It was weak at first due to not being able to access the energy it had absorbed over the year, so it remained inside of the host for a few years longer Currently, the host had been a Captain in the gotei thirteen quart guard squads. The captain of squad six, to be exact. It was a man named Agilo Razuko, a specialist in kido arts and speed. Through its parasitic nature, The Infection looked in to the host’s memory, taking all information in to his mind and examining it as it saw fit. Once again, it began to drain the host of their power, slowly, but surely. The Darkness got stronger with each day, messing with the Taicho’s will to obey the orders of Hell. After a month of activity, the shinigami was sent in to a frenzy of rage, killing every soul, seated officer, and beast in its path as rage filled his visage. The Darkness continued to feed on this violence and destruction, the seal cracking from his constantly expanding power. As the shinigami was about to be killed by a collection fo four other captains, the seal finally snapped.

The Infection was free. Tainted demonic energy burst from the host, knocking back the four captaisn in an instant. Four monstrous vectors lunged out from the host’s body, tendrils quickly following. A cloak of pure dark energy surrounded the shinigami, and their power immensely increased. The Infection was back and ready to feast. It ripped apart the taicho before it, using its own power as well as that of the host to overpower all of them at once in a frenzy of bloodlust. It devoured their flesh and bone, organs and blood, even absorbing their spiritual power in to its body to further augment its power to new heights. Though, the host’s body was starting to die. Unlike before, this time, if it died, he would as well. The seal allowed The Infection to maintain itself after the host’s death by being bound to their soul, but that seal was lifted now. The Infection quickly performed the transference ritual, taking over the body of one of the seated officers nearby. As soon as the darkness left the host’s body, it collapsed to the floor and ceased breathing. Using the new vessel to his advantage, The Infection performed the basic senkaimon technique and escaped the Soul Society.

Once arriving in the world of the living, The Infection switched to a more native host of the area. A decently powerful quincy. He had never taken over a quincie’s body before, so this was new to the Demon. Though, it still managed to hold dominant control when it willed itself to quite easily. The shinigami was persecuted for being a traitor. The Infection remained in this host for an extended period of time, constantly gaining power from the quincie’s ability to manipulate and bend raw reishi to their will though lacking a supply of personal power; the quincy gave an endless supply of energy to feed on. Upon the Great War between Quincy, Hollow, and Shinigami, The Infection went on mass killing sprees on not just the side of the Shinigami, but even murdering the other quincy and devouring them. All as a quest to gain further power and cause as much havoc as needed. It wanted one other thing though….The Infection managed to keep its emotions in check, but it was utterly pissed at the original Dark Lord now. After that betrayal, it was pissed beyond mortal comprehension. It definitely held a grudge and wanted the demon to suffer. Though, it seemed that revenge would never come. Over its time sealed, the world had changed vastly, no longer like it was at the start of time. There was a new Satan and new demons. The old generation was gone.

The Darkness continued its role for the time upon finding this information. For the next two millennia, it worked alone as an agent of destruction in The World Of The Living, devouring host after host. Causing wars that ripped the earth asunder. All while the joy of bloodshed made the Demon content with its life as of the time. Though, the demon was running out of powerful hosts to devour. There were only so many left. It was at the time of two-thousand five that the Demon returned to hell with the power it had acquired through the multiple hosts and foes devoured. It was there that it waited to be assigned it’s rank and to be given subjects to infest. For the time, it simply used the body of a spiritually-advanced Human as a vessel. The spirit of the man was drained and nearing the point of death, giving The Infection almost full-control over the subject. ( Semi-short history. Especially for his age, but he didn’t do much. If I went in to detail about doing the same shit over and over, it would get dull. But thats all it did. Kill and devour.)

Sin

Name: Infection
Source: The Infection runs on a mixture of its own power combined with that of the host, allowing a myriad of different sources from host to host.
Source Appearance: (if applicable)
Transformation Appearance:
Abilities/Techniques: I

Name:Infection
Type: Passive
Effect: Infection- The most basic and frequently-used power of The Infection is infection itself. This is a highly-versatile power in its effects, as it covers all the bases from entering to controlling a subject. ( Will require the player’s OOC permission. Once they have given said permission, the following can take place at any time)

The beginning- The Infection will enter a host’s body through a ritual that takes several minutes to perform. This does not allow the beats to switch hosts in a moment’s notice. Only with time. The host will perform several hand signs designed to harness and manipulate dark essence. Raw spiritual energy will flow from the host, encasing them in the power of The Infection. The eyes of the current host will then turn pitch-black and lifeless, as if dead. Though, this is just how it appears as The Infection takes over their body one last time. Once this occurs, chains will rise from the ground, wrapping around the target’s feet and moving up in a circular motion toward their abdomen, then encasing the chest, arms, and finally the neck. The head remains untouched by the chains. These chains will then suspend the selected target in to the air, holding them in place for the next phase of the technique. The current host will take a dagger in its hand and strike itself in the chest, causing massive amounts of blood to spill from the body and drench the floor. This allows the Infection to leave the current hosts body, but only for a brief moment. The vectors of The Infection will move around the intended replacement host, tendrils striking in to their body and making small puncture wounds. Two vectors will appear near the target’s ears, and another will look the target directly in to the eyes. The serpentine eyes of the vector will cause a black form of energy to flow from the beast’s eyes, going behind the eyes in the target’s head and going directly in to the mind. This is the first stage of the taint,. After this, the darkness will begin to rapidly enter the target’s body as a form of pure plasma. This plasma will enter the targets body through the puncture wounds on the body and through the ears, nose, around the eyes, and encase them in a chaotic energy that causes immense pain to the target. Though, once the tainted essence fully enters the target, the stage is over. The darkness is no longer part of the original host and they are freed, falling to the ground unconscious. The final stage is when The Infection adapts to the new body, entering the new host’s brain and uncovering every bit of information they know. This will show The Infection the host’s history, powers, and even personal feelings toward every scenario they are in. This gives The Infection an advantage when trying to manipulate the host, as it knows everything about them..

The Corruption- The Infection has the ability to influence the host through a collection of methods. The most obvious being that The Infection can project its voice directly in to the host’s mind, allowing the host to hear its words telepathically. This is simply the power of suggestion and fear. Though, the Infection does have much more advanced means of corrupting a target. With its advanced knowledge of the target’s mind, The Infection can alter their senses and make them see and hear, even feel things that would assist in getting the host to do as The Infection wants. These are just illusions, but will feel entirely real. It is one of the factors that give The Infection great control over its hosts. These illusions have no limit on what they could be about. Only that they can only effect the host. The Infection also has a passive form of influence on targets. Just by being inside them, the dark essence will cause them to have a much stronger attraction toward sinful attributes. Most commonly being rage and revenge, since those were the aspects The Infection was forged from. The final form of influence that The Infection has over the target without fully controlling them is the false world. Upon the state when a host fails to obey the Infection for an extended period of time or the host is badly damaged and may end up getting itself killed, The Infection can send them mentally to a world unlike our own. It is more than just an illusion, as the host will be knocked out during the state. It is more like a dream, or nightmare. The other world is an insane asylum where shinigami, hollows, demons, and other beings do not exist. The host will know everything that happened, but not have any of their powers in this world. They will meet those they know in life as members of the asylum, be they staff or other crazies. This is just a dream, of course, but it will seem entirely real, unlike most dreams. It can’t be altered by the mind of the host, only The Infection. They will be told that everything they know is a lie and that the asylum is reality by staff. Entering and leaving the world can be random, appearing only as a random flash of light in the host’s perception that switches them between each world.

The Binds Of Power- As a result of being inside of a host, both The Infection and the Host will gain substantial amounts of power. Though, The Infection controls how much of this power the host can access. The formula for this is a 20% increase in stats based on the opposite’s power. This will last as long as The Infection remains connected to the host. The host will gain power in four stages.
Stage One- Spawning Of Infection. A cloak of tainted evil energy will form around the host, giving them a much greater resistance to damage. The cloak will raise the host’s ability to take damage by 20% of The Infection’s power. +1 defense and spiritual defense.

Stage Two- Infection’s surfacing. The host will begin to grow stronger. Their body will be imbedded with tainted dark energy, raising their raw physical power ( Offense and Agility) by 20% of The Infection’s power. Same formula as above. As a result of this form, The Infection will gain greater influence over the Host.+1 offense and agility
Stage Three- Awakening. The demonic energy of The Infection will surge through the host’s blood, filling their supplies of power with tainted forces. This will raise their reiyroka and stamina by 20% of The Infection’s power. The Infection will have great influence over the subject at this point. +1 rank in Kido and reiyroku
Final Stage- The Infection live. The host will spawn The infection’s form from their body. This gives The Infection almost full control of the host. The four vectors of The Infection will spawn from the host’s back, acting as weapons of mass destruction that can use all of The Infection’s powers. Four tendrils will follow each vector, reaching sixteen in total.

Control- Upon two conditions, The Infection can take full control over a subject, rather than just influence. If the host is knocked out or wills it, The Infection will take over their body. Not only will the host instantly enter the final stage of power, but The Infection will gain full use of the host’s powers as well, augmenting them with his own demonic power. This state of control can last as long as the host wants if by will, or until they awaken if by knock out. The purpose of the second world is to keep them knocked out longer so he may use their body as he wills. For example, if taking control over a quincy subject, he could use all of the arrow-oriented techniques or special skills under that individual’s arsenal to a new level. Or in the case of an arrancar, it could make use of their resurrection and hollow powers. Just because The Infection’s own power is infused with the host does not remove or limit their natural augmentations. Due to access to the host’s mind, The Infection can use these powers as if the original user. The Infection will also not feel the same pain or restrictions as the Host. So if the host were to be placed in an illusion, The infection would still be aware of what was going on. It could even break the host from said illusion with as if need be with a flicker of the cloak of infection. ( Parasite's skill in the host's highest skill raises to match it. If the Parasite's is already higher, +1 rank in said area.)

Devour- When a host is used up, The Infection’s parasitic nature will allow it to devour them from the inside out. First, their soul will be removed, followed by the internal organs. Blood will pour from their eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, tainted in blackness. The bones are next, followed by the muscle,. The skin will then suffice as a temporary body for The Infection to maintain. Though he is highly weak while using the hollowed out corpse as a medium, it lasts long enough to find a new host. This will raise The Infection’s power by 10% of the host’s.( Requires player permission.)
Weakness:Co-Dependency- As a downfall of its parasitic nature, The Infection cannot survive on its own. It requires a host to continue living, putting it at a constant state of risk. This has been an issue The Infection has always had to deal with, even in the land of Hell. The Infection can only surface during the time the final stage of its power is active in the host or it has control over them. This is a major flaw when the host is one highly against the ideals of The Infection, as it can’t exactly stop them from thinking that way. The Infection can influence, try to persuade, and if needed, physically harm the host ( Albeit the fourth stage) to get them to do as it says, but only if in full control can the desired result be guaranteed. This always would leave The Infection at risk if a person had a way to remove it from its host. Though such a thing would require vast power and ages of time to develop, it isn’t an impossibility. When exposed to the world without any attachment to a host, The Infection’s body will start to decay rapidly, causing immense pain to it. Though, this is not to say that The Infection will die instantly. If such a case happens, The Infection will have an hour ( ten posts) to get back in to a body in order to recover and stay alive. For each post outside of a host’s body, The Infection will be required to stay in the same host for a week in order to fully recover from the decay.

Name:Mutilation
Type: Active
Effect: Mutilation- This is a powerful attack constructed by The Infection utilizing the vast strength and number of the vectors and tendrils under its control. This attack has three steps, seeming simple and rather bloody. The first step of the attack involves sending out the sixteen tendrils under The Infection’s power. These tendrils will move rapidly toward a target, aiming to wrap around basic appendages. Four tendrils will be positioned on the arms and three tendrils will attach to the legs if successful. On the arms, a tendril will be placed on the hand, elbow, shoulder, and wrist, fully immobilizing the appendage. The tendrils on the legs will be positioned around the ankle, knee, and hip. This is followed by the tendrils mentioned prior lifting the target off of the ground, pulling the appendages away from the target so that the legs and arms are spread apart, and suspending them exactly ten feet in the air. The tendrils will then begin to rapidly pull on all four appendages, aiming to literally rip the target limb-from-limb. The two remaining tendrils will remain near the target, taking placement for any of the tendrils that may be destroyed or removed during the process by the target’s attempts to escape. While this occurs, one of the four vectors under The Infection’s control will violently charge toward the location of the target’s chain of fate, aiming to devour it entirely in its massive jaws and leave a moderately sized hole in the target’s body, impaling them and removing the chain of fate in one fatal strike. If the target lacks a chain of fate, the vector will instead charge toward the location of the heart in the body, aiming to devour it and leave the same impalement wound as the chain of fate method mentioned prior.
Weakness:Can be blocked or dodged fairly easily if the target has higher offense or agility than The Infection. It also leaves The Infection open for counters and may be blocked by kido.

Name:Slice and Dice
Type: Active
Effect: Slice and Dice- Slice and Dice is a technique that utilizes the many vectors under The Infection’s control as bladed weapons of destructive power. The tendrils will begin to secrete a black energy that encases their form entirely, masking each tendril in a cloak of spiritual power. From the skin of these tendrils, thousands of very small, but sharp blades will begin to come outward from their body, covering their skin in blades. Though, it is more accurate to call them spikes, as they are too small to really count as a blade. Each measures approximately 1 inch in size, the exception being the blade formed at the very end of each tendril. Steel will form it in to a normal sword, the steel edge almost as sharp as glass and as durable as Osmium. These blades allow the tendrils to slice and dice an opponent, as the technique’s name entails. It does not raise the power of the Infection’s attacks. It simply gives them cutting properties and a more lethal effect than simple blunt force. This allows the tendrils to slice targets with the sides of their form, or simply stab and lunge with the blade encasing the top of each tendril. The blades will last for three posts before receding back in to the tendrils. This cannot be accessed again for five posts after recession.

Weakness:Listed above

Name:Outbreak
Type: Active
Effect: Outbreak- Outbreak is a powerful attack utilizing the tendrils that spawn from The Infection’s body. This technique has three stages. The first is simple. The tendrils coming from the host’s body will retreat back in to the host, gathering energy and replicating inside of the host. Though, this is not noticeable. The host will feel nothing from this. After two posts without the tendrils, The Infection will slam one of the four vectors, or all four in any direction. Upon this swing, tendrils will rapidly spawn from the vectors, coming in the hundreds to thousands. If fired from one vector, approximately one thousand and two hundred tendrils will dart toward a specific target in a horde of blunt destruction. These tendrils have extended length, being able to extend two hundred feet in distance. Upon getting close to a target, many of the tendrils at the front of the wave will attempt to grab the target, pulling them toward the attack or forcing them to the ground if successful. Every tendril will then aim to collide with the target, hitting them with the strength of hundreds of tendrils. The crushing force from this is more than enough to create a sizeable crater, breaking most bones and even ripping apart weaker foes. The tendrils will divide in to separate waves, depending on how many vectors are used to spawn them. The lowest division being 300 per vector if all four use this technique. The tendrils finish off this attack by turning in to melted steel that will encase a target entirely. In seconds, this steel will solidify in to normal metal, likely trapping a target inside a massive crater of metal. After three additional posts, the tendrils will return.
Weakness: Listed above

Name:Osmium Hide
Type: Passive
Effect: Osmium Hide- The Infection has a special type of skin unlike that normal individuals of any race have. Its skin is made of a spiritual-energy resistant Osmium that is highly durable. This osmium allows The Infection to fight against swords and other sharp weaponry just using the tough skin of the tendrils and vectors. Of course, this can be cut through by concentrating spiritual energy in the blade at the time of cutting, providing it has the power and timing to do so. Though, this is not the main purpose of the Osmium hide. The Infection was made to be a close-range fighter for the most part. Because of this, it was not made to have a copious amount of raw spiritual power, A.K.A, Reiyroku. This normally wouldn’t be much of a problem, if not for the fact that a lacking in such an area would cause the beast’s destructive nature to be hindered by those with a greater deal in said statistic. With the effect of the Osmium hide in play, It will protect The Infection from the effect of spiritual energy, allowing it to fight at full potential, even if the opponent has a much greater level of raw spiritual energy than the user. However, the hide does have a flaw to it. The Osmium Hide is extremely weak against high concentrations of light and light-based attacks. This isn’t like a basic flashlight or the sun, but more so a flash bang or optimized lightning system. Not only will such high concentrations of light make the Osmium hide useless, but it will actually weaken The Infection greatly, making it unable to fight and leaving the entire fight to the Host,
Weakness:Listed above

Name:Strength Of Wrath
Type:Extensively Active
Effect:Strength of Wrath- The strength of wrath is an aspect utilized solely by The Infection. It is a skilled that utilizes the raw physical might under The Infection’s control as not just an offensive, but defensive tool. It will allow The Infection to fight against spiritual attacks using the might of its pure physical power. By focusing traces of spiritual energy around the skin of the tendrils and vectors, they can directly deflect, block, or slice in half energy-oriented techniques using pure physical might. The equation uses the formula Offense vs Kido for how successful it will be. The greater The Infection’s offense than the target’s kido skill, the greater the ability to cease and destroy said techniques. This technique can be used extensively, but will cause The Infection to fatigue at a faster rate when rapidly using this skill.
Weakness: Listed above.

Name: Eye Of The Darkness
Type:Passive
Effect:- The Infection has a form of sixth sense it uses to interact with the world in lack of sight, hearing, and smell. The sixth sense is an highly advanced energy sensory technique able to function as well as the three senses lost combined, if not better. This sensory is very advanced, being able to decipher the frequency, type, nature, and every single small characteristic of energy, inside of the body or out. This form of sense is very complicated to understand, as energies clash VERY frequently, though, this can still be deciphered rather easily with the needed experience ( He has been using it for a really long ass time now, so figuring out what is what is much easier than it would be for most.). Through this method, The Infection can even sense the minor movement of a joint or the tensing of muscles. It also can predict certain attacks once it has seen it. It will be able to use the frequency and type for future reference. For example, if the target were to use a cero, not only would The Infection be able to know the frequency when a cero is forming from now on before it even appears as the gathered light in the hand, mouth, or other location, but any special cero or spin-off could be identified as a cero as well. The exact ability will not be known until it is used, but the relation to cero will be known. This can sense heat energy, kinetic energy, and even sound waves, Spiritual energy, vibrational energy, nuclear energy. Any form of raw energy.
Weakness:Senses- Unless using the body of the host, The Infection has no sense of sight, hearing, or smell. This is a flaw that would cause it to have a very troublesome time if its sixth sense was hindered in some way. This can be mended during a full control of the host, but only during that time. Normally, The Infection has to tap in to the host’s mind to access certain things its own senses don’t allow it to access.

50 damage, -20 of the host’s health.

No way, no how. Firstly, its not even based on the statistical system and secondly, the highest amount of damage anyone can sustain from a single attack is 10.

Double melee damage.

Double melee damage is not allowed.

The Infection, Once the host slices a person with The Trinity, that target will be fully paralyzed for a post, and if struck in the body and left there will keep the target paralyzed until it is removed. However, while imbedded in a target, the host will be unable to move as well and can only be freed by The Infection.

This seems fine for now.

Kusanagi

Again, damage is calculated using the Offense and Defense spread. You may explicitly deal damage, up to a total of +5 additional HP, but requires the appropriate expenditure. Its effects seem fine just as long as you remain aware of the spread.

The Binds Of Power-

All of these require appropriate expenditures as they improve the statistics of the character.

Mutilation

We don't know what rank you are and as such don't know if you will have a +3 stat modifier at your disposal.

( +3 Offense, -5 of the host’s health.)

Beautiful, but this will count as your character's +3 modifier if and when it is ranked at least Supreme. However, exhaustion is not calculated when hit, but rather when initiated.

(+2 offense on hits, 5 exhaustion per hit.)

Good, but again with the precaution outlined above. However, exhaustion is not calculated when hit, but rather when initiated.

Trinity

After looking this over, it requires an appropriate expenditure due to it possessing an adverse effect. Additionally, the initial strike will be governed via one of the Defensive stats while the duration of paralysis will be governed under the same rule set as binding spells. However, exhaustion is not calculated when hit, but rather when initiated.

Kusanagi

For such a powerful weapon, it requires appropriate drawbacks. The initial +1 to Offense is fine, but its subsequent effects will need to be limited. To start, under its current inception, the swing of this weapon will not yield normal HP damage (spread between Offense and Defense) and instead will dictate whether the effect commences or doesn't. The proceeding damage calculations (+5 damage for first and +5 damage for second) are fine, except for the latter's stat reduction effect. That is prohibited. The final stage's damage of 10 is also fine. With that said, your expenditure when launching an attack with this must be appropriate. You could either have it at an up-front 20 exhaust or 10 HP or a 7 exhaust or 5 HP per post. I'll have a decay rule set up sometime today.

Stage One- Spawning Of Infection.

The expenditure will have to vary based on how many stat points this ability increases. If +1 then 3 exhaustion. If it shoots up to +2 then 5 exhaustion.

Stage 2

Same as above.

Stage 3

Same as above.

Stage 4

Same as above.

Additionally, the expenditures placed on all of the forms is unnecessary.

Alright, everything looks good. Just to reiterate, Trinity will be placed under the same rule set as binding abilities.

Passing it through to try-out.

I'm pretty sure you've spent more than 40P. ^^
